We each got a paper and had to take notes. Instead of taking usual notes, we had to draw instead so it can help us easily remember.
Write a few pages in which you obsess over something meaningless.
The old me used to obsess about popularity. How many friends I had. Whether I was known on instagram or not and it was so meaningless. Popularity and having a lot of friends dont mean nothing. I learned that having a few are enough in life.
